SeaDataNet awarded with the "Les Etoiles De l'Europe" Trophy!

22 December 2021

The SeaDataCloud project is one of the initiatives Blue-Cloud has been in contact with to establish synergy in the Open Science and Marine research areas.

This project has received the prestigious prize "Les Etoiles de l'Europe" by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI), thanks to its work to the Open Science, this year. The prize is given to technicians and researchers, involved in the Horizon Europe programme, that distinguished themselves in the research field to encourage, with their example, their colleagues to respond to ever greater challenges applying to the calls for proposals of the European framework programme.

Dick Schaap, SeaDataCloud and Blue-Cloud technical coordinator received this award together with his colleague Michèle Fichaut, SeaDataCloud coordinator, on behalf of the SeaDataCloud Consortium, in Paris, on 2 December 2021.
